This manual has some really good information on learning about traffic and forms. It also has the Net Cycles in Appendix F, which are the times of each area's cycle or net. This is why nets in different time zones have to take place at certain times throughout the country. For example, if you have traffic going to the 4th Region but can't make that net, you can send it on the Mid-Day net at noon and someone will take it to 4th Region at 13:45. Now that you know how traffic gets around the world send a radiogram!
