Another words, each time you add another feature, article, or other somewhat major change, list it in the log along with the current date and time. It only needs to be a basic text file with appropriate HTML stuff. This will allow people like me. to go to the site, open the change-log to see if there is anything new and exciting to look at, without having to go through the whole site each time. Make pages using the original page names (announce.htm, announcements.htm, announce2.htm, etc) that automatically forward the user to the newly named pages.
